This role is based in our Mumbai office. Talent Systems Europe operates a hybrid work policy, with a minimum three days a week in the office.

The Commercial Director is responsible for the growth strategy of Talent Systems’ products in India, primarily the newly launched FastCast platform, as well as the long-term satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.



This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in both acquiring new business and nurturing existing relationships, and the ability to operate at a strategic level. Reporting directly to the Chief Global Officer, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our go-to-market and customer success strategies and driving top-line revenue growth.

Business Development:

* Develop and execute a strategic plan for the growth of FastCast in India, providing insights on market opportunities and growth initiatives.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and secure current market opportunities for FastCast in India.
* Lead the entire FastCast sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing new business.
* Provide reports on the progress of supply and demand growth for FastCast to the business.
