TCMS Software Manager – Software Configuration & Change Management

Your Responsibilities

Own Software Configuration Management (SCM), Software Release Management, and Software Change Management throughout the software lifecycle.
Define and maintain Software Configuration Management Plans (SCMP), software baselines, version control,



branching strategies, and release processes.
Plan and manage software releases for development, integration, validation, commissioning, maintenance, and customer delivery.
Define software release scope, schedules, and deployment plans aligned with project milestones.
Coordinate with Project Management, Technical Management, System Engineering, Software Development, V&V;, Integration, Commissioning, Site Management, Quality, Functional Safety, and customer teams to ensure timely software delivery.
Act as the primary interface for software configuration, release, and change management activities across projects.
Review customer requests, defect reports, engineering changes, and commissioning feedback to define software release content and priorities.
Lead Software Change Management, including Change Requests (CRs), Problem Reports (PRs), Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), and perform technical impact analysis.
