Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and maintenance of Vanguard's Azure contingency site. This individual contributor role requires deep technical expertise combined with robust product thinking to ensure our backup platform delivers reliable, secure, and compliant financial services when clients need them most.
A critical aspect of this role is partnering closely with AWS-side product managers to identify and maintain core feature parity that supports essential client intents, while building a simplified, stripped-down version of the primary platform.

Leads technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product. Participates in the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
Coaches technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
