- Analyze large datasets related to ATM transactions and performance.
- Identify outliers, trends, and areas of improvement through data-driven insights.
- Conduct root cause analysis for transaction failures and performance drops.
- Monitor ATM uptime and identify key factors affecting availability and transaction volumes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and service enhancements.
- Prepare impact analysis reports and performance dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Support weekend and public holiday operations if required.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum graduate from any stream.
- Robust analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (advance excel); formulas & functions. Optional: if knows basic of data visualization tools, SQL, Python.
- Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays as per business needs.

Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in ATM operations, banking services, or data analysis roles.
- Understanding of ATM transaction lifecycle and service delivery metrics.
