Finance & Accounts Manager
Pune, India (Remote-Friendly)
We're hiring a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to manage our day-to-day bookkeeping and payments using Xero, working closely with our internationally based clients and teams.
What you'll do
• Prepare and issue client invoices
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up on late payments
• Calculate and process employee salaries
• Process and pay vendor invoices
What we're looking for
• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with Xero and accounts (essential)
• Excellent written and spoken English (essential)
• Experience working with internationally based companies or clients
• Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable managing accounts receivable and payable end-to-end
• Good communication skills for payment follow-ups with clients
