We are seeking a proactive Business Loan Lead Generation Executive to identify and qualify business owners for secured and unsecured loans. In this role, you will drive high-quality leads that meet our criteria and book qualified appointments for our client’s sales team.
Job Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, online research, social media, referrals, and other lead generation channels
Screen potential applicants based on the company's qualification criteria
Verify customer eligibility before passing leads to the sales team
Maintain accurate records of prospects in the CRM
Follow up with interested prospects to nurture and convert them into qualified appointments
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Ensure compliance with data privacy and lending regulations
1–3 years of experience in business loan, mortgage, banking, or financial product lead generation
Experience working with loan brokers, NBFCs, banks, or fintech companies is an advantage
Experience in financial services,



lending, or loan lead generation preferred
Solid communication and persuasion skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Familiarity with CRM software
Good internet research skills
Ability to qualify leads using predefined criteria
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
Primary Device:
Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
Backup Device:
Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
