Key Responsibilities

Hands-on experience developing Salesforce 2nd‑generation unlocked packages, including package versioning, dependencies, and upgrade strategies.
Proficient with SFDX CLI–driven development workflows, using source‑driven development, scripting, and automation to support package-based delivery.
Deep experience with scratch org–based development methodologies, including org shape management, iterative development, and validation in ephemeral environments.
Lead the architecture, design and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools like Lightning flow creation
Lead the guide the offshore team and be the single point of contact for the scrum team
Need to solution independently and guide the full scrum team follow the truist process and implement required solutions
Work closely with product team




Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and maintainability
Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce Administrators, and global stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events
Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security best practices, and performance standards
Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure high test coverage and code quality
Support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing enhancements
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous platform improvements
Stay updated with Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend feature adoption
