We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to support our design team in creating high-quality visual content. The candidate should have a basic understanding of design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing marketing materials including social media creatives, posters, banners, brochures, and presentations.
Support senior designers in developing brand-specific graphics and layouts.
Create simple video edits, reels, or motion graphics (optional, if applicable).
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency.
Edit and retouch images as required.
Maintain proper file organization and follow brand guidelines.
Handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of Canva or other online design tools is a plus.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Strong creativity and willingness to learn.
Ability to take constructive feedback and improve.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects).
Experience with social media content creation.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
