Personalization Solution Architect
Key Responsibilities
Lead Personalization technical architecture strategy and initiatives that can span multiple Agile Release Trains.
Architect, configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build multi-channel campaigns.
Provide technical and strategic support for Personalization tool POCs and use case development
Offer insights and guidance on Personalization tool best practices, including activity setup, audience targeting, and experience delivery
Advise on how to maximize the efficiency of personalization tool utilization quotas, ensuring sustainable and scalable usage
Provide deep knowledge expertise in working knowledge of at least one other Adobe Marketing Cloud products (Target, Analytics, AEP, CJA, RT-CDP)
Collaborate with Lenovo IT team and subject matter experts to integrate our solution with the broader ecosy
