JOB SUMMARY:

The Alternate Program Manager (APM) supports the Program Manager in the management and execution of the AFCAP VI basic contract and serves with full authority in the PM’s absence.



The APM is a designated key person under the contract and assists in directing the Program Management Office, overseeing task order performance across geographically dispersed locations, and ensuring 24-hour responsiveness to Government requirements. The APM will actively support and promote the company’s vision, mission, and values.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as a contract-level key person of record, remaining in position for a minimum performance period of at least 12 months.
Act on behalf of the Program Manager in their absence, with authority to make decisions and direct program activities.
Assist in maintaining the AFCAP Management Plan (CDRL A001) and its component plans, including staffing, quality control, procurement, subcontract management, safety, security, property control, contingency, and CTIP.
