About The Role
We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our team and support efficiency and accuracy in our order-to-cash process. This role is critical in ensuring our sales orders are entered correctly into our ERP system, our data reflects signed agreements, and that internal teams are aligned when issues arise. You will work closely with our Revenue Operations (RevOps)
team and act as a key link between Sales and Operations. If you're detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and passionate about getting things right, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
Accurately enter and maintain sales orders in NetSuite, ensuring full alignment with data from Salesforce and the terms outlined in signed contracts
Review and validate order details—including pricing, contract terms, product configurations, and billing schedules—before and after entry
Partner closely with the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team to support smooth order execution and data integrity across systems
Identify and communicate breakdowns in the order process, proactively looping in Sales and RevOps to resolve discrepancies
Conduct regular reconciliations between Salesforce and NetSuite to ensure system data is consistent and up to date
Support invoicing and fulfillment activitie
