Duties And Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue

Drive AUM growth, cross-sell, and revenue generation through existing and recent client relationships.
Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
Achieve defined business and productivity targets.

Market Engagement & Knowledge

Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and investment opportunities.
Participate in investor awareness sessions, client events, and market discussions.

Advisory & Investment Solutions

Understand client goals, risk appetite, and financial needs to recommend suitable investment solutions.




Offer advisory across:
Mutual Funds & Fixed Income
Broking & Insurance
Structured Products & Alternate Assets
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and market updates with clients.

Client Relationship Management

Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with HNI and affluent clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients across investments, portfolio reviews, and service needs.
Deliver a high-quality, personalized client experience at every touchpoint.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure all activities are conducted in line with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and suitability norms.
Maintain accurate documentation and client records.

Required Qualifications And Experience

3–8 years of experience in Relationship & Wealth Management, Broking, or Financial Advisory.
