Position Title: Lead Analyst – OT

Key Responsibilities
Continuously monitor security alerts and respond to incidents as per established runbooks.
Investigate security incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and recommend remediation.
Lead containment, eradication, and recovery during cybersecurity incidents and data breaches.
Detect and investigate Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs), malware, ransomware, and advanced attack vectors.
Perform malware analysis, digital forensics support, and threat hunting activities.
Develop and fine-tune SIEM use cases, correlation rules, and detection logic.
Work with SIEM/XDR platforms such as QRadar, Splunk, ArcSight, Seceon,



and similar technologies.
Analyze logs from multiple sources including firewalls, endpoints, applications, databases, and cloud environments.
Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and incident response documentation.
Mentor L1/L2 analysts and provide technical guidance during investigations.
Coordinate with IT, Infrastructure, and customer teams to drive incident remediation.
Conduct customer reviews, technical discussions, and incident reporting.
Contribute to threat intelligence, IOC management, and security content development.
