Role Overview
Build end-to-end product features across React frontends and Python backends. Ship reliable, well-tested code for AI-powered healthcare applications. Leverage AI coding tools daily as a core part of your workflow.

Key Responsibilities
Product Engineering
Develop and ship user-facing features across frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Python, FastAPI)
Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs; own data models and database design




Work with relational and non-relational databases; write efficient, optimized queries
AI Integration
Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini APIs into product workflows
Develop agentic workflows, RAG systems, and LLM-powered features
Apply prompt engineering and LLM API best practices in production
Quality & SDLC
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; maintain high code coverage
Participate in code review, CI/CD workflows, and SDLC best practices
Leverage AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) to increase velocity
Collaborate with product and design on requirements and validation

Requirements
3–5 years full-stack development
Solid JavaScript/TypeScript and React (or similar frontend framework)
Backend expertise: Python (FastAPI, Django, or similar)
API design, databases, and data modeling
LLM API integration and prompt engineering basics
Version control, code review, and CI/CD workflows
Testing practices and maintainable, p
