About the Role

We are seeking a Branch Manager – B2C Sales who will be responsible for driving retail business growth, client acquisition, revenue generation, and overall branch performance. This role will play a key part in strengthening Jainam's market presence by leading branch sales activities, managing a team of Relationship Managers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to achieve business objectives while maintaining regulatory and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Drive branch revenue through acquisition of retail clients and cross-selling of financial products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets across Equity,



Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs, PMS, and other investment products.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
Develop and execute branch-level business development and client acquisition strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI, UHNI, and retail clients.
Ensure superior customer experience and effective resolution of client queries.
Monitor branch productivity, revenue performance, and business pipeline.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and operational guidelines.
Conduct investor awareness activities, seminars, and local market engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Product teams for seamless client onboarding and servicing.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Retail Sales, Business Development, or Branch Management within BFSI/Capital Markets.
Strong understanding of equity mar
