Job Title: Social Media & Campaign Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Content
Plan and execute end-to-end social media campaigns, from ideation and content planning to execution and performance analysis.
Develop and maintain social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging campaign concepts to drive audience growth and engagement.
Write compelling social media copies, captions, and campaign messaging.
Monitor audience insights and content performance to optimize future campaigns.
Manage day-to-day publishing and content coordination across social media platforms.
Utilize Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and Facebook Insights to track campaign performance and prepare reports.
Campaign Execution & Project Management
Manage the complete execution of branded content and paid campaigns from planning to final delivery.
Coordinate with Creative, Production, Editorial, and Social Media teams to ensure timely asset creation and campaign execution.




Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and client sign-offs to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor campaign progress daily and ensure all client commitments are delivered within timelines.
Client & Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with the Sales team to understand client briefs and convert them into actionable execution plans.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication throughout campaign execution.
Support monthly content planning and execution for digital properties and brand initiatives.
Analytics & Performance
Analyze campaign performance using social media and YouTube analytics.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improving audience engagement and content performance.
Coordinate paid content boosting strategies and monitor campaign effectiveness.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
