Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting is responsible for the end‑to‑end production of statutory and ad‑hoc financial reports for fund‑service clients. The role ensures that all financial statements are prepared accurately, reviewed thoroughly,
and delivered on time in line with legal deadlines and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will lead a small team, coordinate with external auditors, manage client communications, and drive continuous process improvement and risk mitigation

Produce statutory financial statements (annual, semi‑annual) and any client‑requested reports (quarterly, liquidation, merger, dissolution) within prescribed legal timelines.
Ensure the accuracy of the financial statements and that all required controls are executed.
Complete and maintain the control checklist that formalises the review procedures.
Review financial statements prepared by third‑party providers within the team.
Meet all production deadlines for draft and final versions of reports.
Request, collect and verify all supporting documentation from clients.
Apply the specific accounting rules of the fund’s domicile and the jurisdictions where the funds are d
