About the role

As a data analyst, you’ll support engineering decision-making across our product
lines, with a focus on electrical transformer design and power systems
analysis. You'll build tools, scripts, and models to help
engineers analyse data, optimize designs, and validate performance.

What you'll do

* Analyse engineering and test data to support design decisions across
transformer and power systems products

* Build scripts, models, and lightweight tools in Python and/or MATLAB to
automate analysis workflows

* Support the development of design and performance models (e.g., efficiency,
losses, load behaviour) alongside engineering teams

* Create clear visualizations, dashboards, or reports to communicate findings
to technical and non-technical stakeholders

* Identify trends, anomalies, or optimization opportunities in engineering

* Collaborate with electrical, controls, and systems engineers to understand
data context and requirements

* Maintain clean, well-documented, reusable code and analysis pipelines

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science,
or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)

* 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, engineering analytics, or similar
role

* Proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB for data analysis and scripting

* Comfortable working with numerical data, models, and basic statistics

* Solid communication skills — able to translate data into clear, actionable
insights

* Experience with simulation, modelling, or optimization tools

* Familiarity with SQL, dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), or data
visualization libraries

* Background in manufacturing, hardware, or energy industries
