The role of Supply Manager Program is based in Pune, India.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the project purchasing activities within a project team for programs
located in Europe or the Americas (offshore purchasing).

* Prepare RFQs, conduct supplier consultations and negotiations, manage
sourcing decisions,



and ensure follow-up after supplier nomination.

* Ensure quality, cost, and timing objectives are achieved with suppliers
located outside India.

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders across engineering, logistics, and
quality during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

* Mechanical or Plastics engineering background.

* 8–10 years of experience in New Product Development and Supplier Management.

* Solid experience as a Project Buyer on international projects.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.

* Ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural workplace.
