About the Role
The Assistant Manager, Talent & Growth (T&G;) – India plays a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact onboarding experiences while supporting the execution of broader talent, learning, and organizational development and inclusion initiatives across the India business.

This role is responsible for end-to-end onboarding program management,



ensuring a consistent and engaging new hire experience that reflects Disney’s culture, accelerates integration, and supports business growth. In addition, the role partners closely with the Senior Manager, T&G; to execute key talent and growth initiatives, contributing to capability building, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness across a fast-growing and dynamic market setting.

Operating within the broader APAC framework, the role ensures strong alignment with regional priorities while tailoring program delivery to India’s business and workforce needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding Program Management
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires
- Design and continuously enhance onboarding journeys to support faster integration and productivity
- Manage stakeholder coordination across People & Culture, business leaders, and facilitators
- Continuously update, curate and localize onboarding conte
