Software Skills: AutoCAD, REVIT, etc

Handling large scale corporate/ residential /commercial projects.

Job Description

Develop detailed HVAC system drawings, including ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts, using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
Interpret architectural and engineering blueprints to create accurate and accurate designs.
Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and other disciplines to integrate HVAC designs with plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
Assist in load calculations, equipment selection,



and design modifications as per project requirements.
Maintain drawing documentation, version control, and compliance with industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
Revise drawings based on client feedback, engineering markups, and site conditions.
Perform clash detection and coordination in BIM models to avoid conflicts between MEP services.
Support project teams by providing technical details and drafting assistance as needed.
