Job Summary
Provides guidance and supervision to ensure the accomplishment of Site Logistics goals, including those related to budget and cost structure.

What You Will Do:
- Adhering to requirements and procedures for safety regulations.
- Making workflow decisions under the direction of management. Improving service levels and costs.
- Supervising and inspiring employees through effective coaching and training, clear communication of job expectations,



and positive reinforcement of exemplary performance; maintaining a positive working environment.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily receiving, Storage & line feeding activity
- Inventory Control: Maintain, audit, and secure accurate inventory records, implementing stock control systems (e.g., FIFO, LIFO).
- Staff Leadership: Train, motivate, and supervise warehouse agency employees, managing schedules and performance on regular basis. Should be able to handle both shifts.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, including CQMS & compliance requirements. Also ensure regular equipment maintenance (e.g., forklifts / Reach Trucks). Manage 5s to maintain safe workplace.
- Space Optimization: Ensure space is optimized properly with regular monitoring and workflow efficiency.
- Audits & Process: Should be able to manage the process & Developing the solutions for new requirements.
