Role Purpose
The Senior Principal Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth, strategic partnerships, and mandate expansion for a portfolio of key Personal Care principals across APAC. The role acts as the primary interface between Azelis and strategic principals, ensuring strong alignment, commercial execution,



and long-term value creation for both parties.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Principal Management
Manage and grow relationships with strategic principals across APAC.
Build robust partnerships at local, regional, and global levels, including senior leadership.
Develop and execute principal growth strategies and joint business plans.
Drive principal engagement, satisfaction, and long-term partnership development.
Growth & Commercial Performance
Lead regional growth plans and business development initiatives.
Partner with sales, technical, supply chain, and product management teams to deliver growth objectives.
Secure principal support on pricing, supply allocation, innovation, and commercial priorities.
Drive revenue, GP1, EBITA, and ROWC performance across the principal portfolio.
Mandate Expansion & Risk Management
Identify and secure new mandate opportunities across countries and market segments.
