Job Summary: We are looking for a senior Ivalua Consultant to join our internal team and support our company's own Ivalua projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the configuration and solution design of the Ivalua platform with robust understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and background in SAP MM. This role involves troubleshooting user issues, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring seamless procurement and sourcing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Ivalua-related support requests.
- Manage and resolve tickets in Jira by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to users located in Belgium, Germany, USA, India, France, Finland, Poland and potentially other countries.
- Escalate unresolved issues to AMS team (external partner) or Ivalua as necessary and follow up on progress.
