SAP FICO Consultant (S/4HANA Implementation & Support)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Implementation, Support, Configuration, and Business Process Optimization. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring SAP FICO modules, supporting end-users, resolving production issues, and participating in end-to-end implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
SAP S/4HANA Implementation
Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
Prepare Functional Specifications, Business Blueprint documents, and Configuration Documents.
Configure SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.
Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend best practices.
Support Data Migration activities,



including master data and transactional data.
Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
Provide post-go-live stabilization support.
SAP FICO Support
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for SAP FICO issues.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
Monitor recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Handle change requests, enhancements, and process improvements.
Coordinate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution.
