We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Technology Architect with a primary focus on Finance and HR business domains to drive technology and process architecture strategy across the enterprise. This role is central to advancing Oracle Fusion ERP and Workday implementations, modernizing data warehousing capabilities, and governing responsible AI adoption. The Architect will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, development teams, and enterprise governance bodies, bridging strategy and delivery across a complex and evolving technology landscape.
A key aspect of this role is active participation in AmpliFi, a multi-year enterprise transformation program focused on modernizing OCFO financial business processes and systems through the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and the sunsetting of PeopleSoft. The Architect will play an significant role in shaping the architectural direction of this program, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, and enabling successful delivery across its full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities




The Corporate Technology Architect will develop and maintain current and target state architectures and roadmaps, with particular depth in Oracle Fusion ERP and Workday as the anchor platforms for Finance and HR. This includes portfolio analysis of the application inventory to rationalize platforms, reduce redundancy, and align investments with business strategy. Within the context of AmpliFi, the Architect will provide ongoing architectural guidance to support the transition from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion, helping to define integration patterns, data migration approaches, and decommissioning strategies that minimize risk and support business continuity.
A significant focus will be placed on data warehousing and data platform architecture, encompassing data lakehouse design, data mesh concepts, and metadata management to enable trusted, analytics-ready data across supported domains. The Architect will also govern AI a
