Role Overview
As a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE 3) – Frontend, you will lead the design, architecture, and development of highly scalable, performant, and user-centric web applications. You will be responsible for driving frontend engineering excellence, defining technical standards, mentoring engineers, and collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
This role requires a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise, architectural thinking, and leadership capabilities. You will play a key role in shaping the frontend roadmap, improving developer productivity, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software at scale.

Key Responsibilities-
Frontend Architecture & Development
Lead the design and development of complex frontend applications using up-to-date frameworks such as React and Next.js.
Define and evolve frontend architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Build scalable, maintainable,



and reusable UI components and frontend platforms.
Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies and engineering practices.
User Experience & Product Collaboration
Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate with UX teams to ensure accessibility, usability, and responsive design across devices and platforms.
Champion customer-centric design and frontend quality standards.
Performance & Scalability
Own frontend performance initiatives including Core Web Vitals, page load optimization, rendering efficiency, and bundle optimization.
Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve responsiveness, scalability, and reliability.
Ensure applications perform consistently across browsers, devices, and network conditions.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical direction and mentorship to frontend engineers.
