Job Responsibilities:
- Manages team of non-exempt DL and IDL employees, to meet customer demand and achieve 100% OTF.
- Sets shift goals, plans and schedules, direct and indirect labor workflow and organize teams to meet production schedules.
- Should be agile and ready to work in any shifts based on the production requirements
- Leads Tier1, Ensure teams' conformance to organization policies and procedures. Ensures meeting regulatory requirements.
- Ensures all quality related items for all cells are complete and achieve FPY goals and targets.
- Plans and executes scheduling for multiple cells to meet production schedules. Train new hires (operator level).
- Supervises activities for materials and logistics problem resolution f
