4-10 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, Email Marketing Operations, or Marketing Automation.
Solid hands-on experience with HTML and CSS for email development.
Experience in customer journey orchestration and campaign execution.
Proficiency in email QA processes and rendering validation tools.
Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and campaign performance optimization.
Familiarity with email rendering and testing platforms such as Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign analytics.
Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skil
