Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)

Team Leadership & People Development
- Lead allocated workstreams relating to financial reporting, process transformation, automation and actuarial reporting enhancements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within agreed frameworks and procedures.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Provide actuarial and financial reporting SME input to support developers and technology teams in understanding business requirements, while contributing to design discussions, process redesign and implementation planning.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives to build robust technical and domain expertise within the team

Transformation Project Delivery
- Plan and execute testing of newly developed tools, models
