Key Responsibilities
Functional Consulting
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct requirement workshops and fit-gap analysis sessions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Configure and implement D365 SCM modules based on business needs.
- Recommend best practices aligned with Microsoft standard functionality.

Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end SCM module implementation activities.
- Configure business processes, workflows, and master data.
- Support solution design, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
