We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect to lead the design and development of scalable automation solutions. In this role, you will architect systems, write high-quality code, and guide development teams through the full project lifecycle.
You will work closely with Creative, Business, and Technology teams, making high-level architectural decisions related to system design, data storage, integrations, and AI-driven automation. This role also involves mentoring developers and ensuring engineering excellence across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
Design scalable architectures and automation solutions.
Develop and review high-quality code while ensuring best engineering practices.
Define coding standards and enforce code quality across the project codebase.
Establish project scaffolding, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
Debug complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis.
Project Delivery
Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.
Estimate development tasks, timelines, and complexity.
Manage software releases including code updates, client demos, and QA handoffs.
Define component interfaces and system integrations.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Provide technical coaching and guidance to team members.
Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and client stakeholders.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and team development initiatives.
Process & Collaboration
Contribute to continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
Document architecture, processes, and project learnings.
Share knowledge through training, workshops, and internal initiatives.
Build strong relationships with offshore and onshore teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
6–10 years of experience in software development or architecture.
3+ years of experience leading development teams.
