Job Title : Associate Engineer - Quality
Job Description:
- Participate in Recent Product Development/ First Article Inspection / Inspection activities / Audits to assure that supplier meet customer quality requirements.
- Lead and coach the team of Inspectors/Junior inspectors or designated inspectors to understand the Drawings, process and documentation system
- Active role in Training and providing the Awareness of quality to the team.
- Ensures that Quality Management System policies, procedures, objectives, and targets developed are implemented and maintained in accordance with the AS9100 Quality Management System requirements and all applicable FAA regulations.
- Communicates the facility quality policy to all suppliers and enforces the policies, programs, and objectives established.
- Interface with customers for audits, inspections, and performance metrics.
- Review customer and regulatory documents and audit findings; incorporate requirements or corrective actions into quality system and procedures.
