Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Server Administrator / SQL Database Administrator (DBA) to support and manage enterprise database environments and Windows server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server Administration, database performance optimization, high availability solutions, monitoring, security, and automation.



This role requires proactive operational support, troubleshooting capabilities, and a strong focus on system reliability, performance, and security.
Job Description
SQL Server Administration
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Microsoft SQL Server environments.
- Manage and support SQL Server instances across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Perform database provisioning, migration, refresh, and lifecycle management activities.
- Ensure database availability, integrity, and performance across all supported environments.

Database Operations
- Design and maintain backup and recovery strategies.
- Perform database backup, restoration, and disaster recovery testing.
- Configure and support database replication technologies.
- Implement and manage database security, including user access, roles, permissions, and encryption.

Performance Management
- Monitor database heal
