- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of SAP Commerce & CX platforms, focusing on eCommerce and customer journeys.




- Implement and support solutions for personalization and digital customer experience.
- Manage integrations between SAP CX/Marketing and core ERP modules (FICO, SD).
- Support GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) technical configurations as required.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for web-based SAP interfaces and external platform connections.
