Role Purpose
This role sets the marketing strategy and operating rhythm, and works closely with the Business Heads and the internal Marketing function (a shared service across BUs) to execute it - acting as a strategic advisor and hands-on driver rather than an execution-heavy operator.

Desired person
A senior level marketing strategist have 15+ years experience in an IT services company (with US based clients). Having experience across Enterprises, Digital Publishing and Independent software vendors. Should have experience in US Customer Market positioning IT Services company. The person needs to be hand-on on AI and relevant AI tools and should have a good understand of AI in Marketing

Key Role and responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
Define Harbinger's overall brand narrative and positioning in the North America market, and how each BU's story fits within it




Ensure Harbinger's AI-first and Advisory-led differentiation is consistently reflected across all marketing and client-facing material
Set the marketing roadmap and budget priorities in partnership with the CEO and Business Heads
Contribute to pricing strategy, ensuring pricing communicates and reinforces Harbinger's value positioning
Own positioning of Harbinger's own IP as a distinct brand asset and market entry point
Oversee periodic refresh of Harbinger's website look and feel to keep the digital brand experience current and trend-relevant

2. Demand Generation & Pipeline Support
Own the demand generation strategy - digital marketing, campaigns, and lead generation - in support of each BU's sales targets
Prioritize demand generation investment across the three BUs based on growth stage and prospect size
Establish and track marketing-sourced pipeline contribution as a shared metric with the Business Heads

3. Thought Leadership & Content
Build Harbinger's thought leadership presence
