Responsibilities

Manage and support Windows & Mac endpoints.
Install, configure, troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, & peripheral devices.
Perform OS installations, upgrades, patching, and system maintenance.
Ensure endpoint security compliance and policy adherence.
Provide L2 support for end-user computing issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
Coordinate with L3 Customer teams for issue resolution.
Deploy software packages, updates, and security patches.
Monitor endpoint health and compliance.
Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge articles.
Generate operational reports and dashboards.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and assets.




Proven experience as an End User Computing (EUC) Administrator.
Positive at managing, supporting, and maintaining end-user devices, workplace technologies, and related infrastructure to ensure seamless IT services for business users.
Hands-on experience in desktop/laptop administration, software deployment, asset management, user support, security compliance, and endpoint management.
Familiarity with Endpoint Management & automation.
Support M365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, & Office apps.
Manage user accounts, licenses, and access requests.
Assist with mailbox and collaboration tool troubleshooting.
