Job Summary:
- Manage defined workstreams within GBS / GCC and operating model transformation engagements, taking responsibility for structuring the approach, shaping the analysis, and delivering high-quality outputs within agreed timelines
- Take ownership of specific solution modules – such as Org design, location assessment or a process tower (e.g., O2C, P2P, R2R/FP&A;) – guiding analysts, reviewing outputs, and ensuring coherence across deliverables at the workstream level




- Prepare client presentations, workshop materials, and proposal sections independently, contributing actively to client discussions and working sessions
- Develop business cases, cost analyses, value realization frameworks, and supporting models for GBS / SSC setup and transformation assignments
- Apply a process and operating-model perspective across GBS design, governance, KPI and maturity frameworks, and emerging areas such as Gen AI–enabled processes
- Contribute to business development efforts through research, pitch preparation, and proposal development
