Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, increase guest footfall, drive revenue, and enhance customer engagement across Dave & Buster's India. The ideal candidate should have expertise in brand management, digital marketing, campaign planning, event marketing, partnerships, and customer engagement within the hospitality, entertainment, retail, or F&B; industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
Plan and execute integrated ATL, BTL, Digital, PR,



and experiential marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Develop monthly and annual marketing calendars for promotions, seasonal campaigns, sporting events, festivals, game launches, and special occasions.
Drive campaigns to increase guest visits, repeat business, event bookings, and food & beverage revenue.
2.Brand Management
Maintain consistent brand positioning across all online and offline customer touchpoints.
Ensure all marketing communications align with Dave & Buster's global brand standards.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including digital creatives, videos, menus, in-store branding, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
3.Digital Marketing
Lead social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Coordinate with agencies for SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer marketing, and performance campaigns.
