1.Collaborate with the sales manager to provide pre-sales technical consultancy services for the company's overseas sales department;
2.Develop and prepare relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials in accordance with market trends and customer requirements;
3.Be accountable for promptly addressing and resolving client inquiries or complaints, providing timely feedback to the company, and advocating for product enhancements;
4.Offer timely online or offline judgment and guidance to customers regarding the troubleshooting, installation, upgrading and maintenance of instruments to ensure their smooth operation;
5.Conduct follow-up customer management and independently handle the completion of both online and offline customer training tasks.
Job Requirements:
1.Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or higher in immunology, bioengineering, molecular biology, engineering or other related fields;
2.Proven experience in engineering and maintenance;
3.Proficient in both written and spoken English is mandatory;
4.Fluency in Mandarin as a second language is considered an advantageous asset;
5.Interest in the biomedical field is preferred.
