Assessment of Tender documents during Pre-bid stage and preparation of risk profile with risks including Contractual Risk, Execution risk, Commercial risk, Counterparty risk, Country risk, Regulatory landscape in India and other Countries. Technology and obsolescence risks are other areas.
Co-ordinaton and facilitation of Pre-bid and Execution Risk Reviews/ Site visits of projects across L&T; and preparation of risk profile, portfolio analysis etc.
Review and recommendation support for issuance and extension of bank guarantees for projects across L&T;, based on risk and contractual considerations.
Ensuring adherence of ICs to the Enterprise Risk Management system and related processes, and coordinating with IC Risk team members to support compliance .
EPC project execution experience is preferred.
