Role Overview
Factori.ai is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing & GTM Engineer to build and scale a technology-enabled demand generation engine across enterprise and mid-market segments.
The role will be approximately 70% GTM engineering and 30% growth marketing. The primary focus will be on building the data, automation, enrichment, personalisation, campaign, and measurement systems required to improve qualified pipeline creation and funnel conversion.
The ideal candidate should be able to convert a growth objective into a scalable technical workflow, from identifying target accounts and enriching prospect data to launching campaigns, automating follow-ups, and measuring pipeline contribution.

Key Responsibilities
GTM Engineering and Automation
Build and manage growth marketing workflows across account identification, contact discovery, enrichment, segmentation, scoring, campaign activation, nurture, routing, and sales handoff.
Create high-propensity account and contact lists using firmographic, technographic, behavioural, engagement, and intent signals.




Develop automated and AI-assisted workflows for account research, personalisation, campaign content, outreach, lead qualification, and follow-up.
Integrate CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, advertising, website analytics, sales engagement, and product-interest systems using APIs, webhooks, scripts, and low-code tools.
Build trigger-based campaigns for website visitors, content engagement, demo requests, API interest, dataset enquiries, events, funding announcements, and other buying signals.
Automate campaign operations, including audience creation, data cleansing, enrolment, lead scoring, routing, CRM updates, alerts, and reporting.
Create dashboards to track campaign engagement, funnel conversion, qualified opportunities, pipeline value, attribution, and revenue influence.
Build experimentation frameworks for testing audiences, messages, channels, landing pages, offers, and nurture journeys.
