Why This Role is Important to Us

As our new Software Engineer, you will join SimCorp’s Product Division where you will become part of a cross-functional and cross-located agile team. We are responsible for delivering functionality within a specific module of our product - SimCorp Dimension.



It is an industry-proven investment management system, heavily based on financial modelling with multidimensional arrays, used by hundreds of corporate clients all over the world. You will apply your talents to all stages of the development lifecycle, including creation and review of user stories, development, design, testing, coding, code reviews, writing automated tests, and support.

What You Will Be Responsible For

You will be using multiple technologies, and your responsibilities will also include:
- Developing core functionality to support the business modules
- Building new solution – both UI and backend - for proven b2b fintech solution, being Angular best practices advocate
- Maintaining the existing code base
- Reviewing product code and formulating test scenarios
- Constantly learning and developing yourself, the team, and our product
- Working with product management to refine new features
