Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, acquiring clients, preparing winning proposals, negotiating commercial terms, closing deals, and managing key client relationships.

This is a consultative B2B sales role that requires a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, websites, creative campaigns, performance marketing,



and technology solutions. Beyond closing deals, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project success, identifying upselling opportunities, and driving repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
Identify and connect with CEOs, Founders, Directors, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, HR Heads, Business Owners, and Procurement Teams.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM and outbound prospecting strategies.
Research target industries, competitors, and potential clients to identify business opportunities.

Sales & Client Acquisition
Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable branding, marketing, and technology solutions.
