Role Overview and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a BID Manager to lead bid strategy and execution across Government, Defence, and Private sector opportunities. This strategic role combines technical understanding with commercial acumen to drive successful bid submissions and secure high-value contracts. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant, and competitive proposals that align with Dhruva Space's business objectives.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead and manage the complete bid lifecycle, from opportunity evaluation and go/no-go decisions to proposal submission and customer engagement
Coordinate with Business Development, Strategy, Engineering, Finance, Legal & Regulatory, and Project Management teams to develop winning bid strategies
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, bid specifications, and internal review and approval processes
Oversee the preparation, review, and refinement of proposals, RFP responses, EOIs, RFIs, and other bid documentation
Establish and monitor bid timelines,



ensuring on-time, high-quality submissions
Develop winning themes, value propositions, pricing strategies, and competitive differentiators
Engage with customers throughout the bidding process to address queries and ensure timely follow-ups
Manage bid opportunities and maintain the opportunity pipeline using Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms
Maintain accurate documentation, version control, and revision tracking throughout the bid lifecycle

Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Space Systems, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
6+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 2+ years in bid/proposal management, preferably in the Aerospace or Defence sector
Proven experience managing complex bids involving multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
Strong understanding of Government and private procurement processes in I
