* Responsible for establishing, leading, and operating the Delivery Office,
ensuring successful execution of transformation projects

customer’s vision

* Plays a key role in deal shaping and commercial impact, ensuring business
growth and value realization

PRIMARY SKILLS

Ideal Candidate:

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or relevant business function or
equivalent.
* 15+ years of executive experience in IT, experience specifically in AI and
Large Language Models (LLM).
* 5+ years of direct people management experience, including growing a
technical team and recruiting (and retaining) talent. Proven ability to
effectively manage own and associates’ time while multitasking between
multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities in a dynamic
business environment while maintaining strong, productive relationships with
internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Experience in client-facing roles in a specific industry or a consulting firm
with account/engagement management role in the professional services
industr
