We are looking for an ABM & Marketing Analytics Specialist who can support account-based marketing campaigns, campaign coordination, prospect journey tracking, and marketing performance analytics.
This role will work closely with marketing, sales, business stakeholders, content, design, and digital teams to plan, execute, track, and optimize ABM and demand generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HubSpot/CRM, marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and lead funnel tracking.
The role requires someone who can not only coordinate campaigns, but also analyze prospect engagement, identify conversion gaps, share actionable insights, and help improve lead-to-opportunity conversion.

ABM & Campaign Execution
Plan and support ABM campaigns for priority accounts, industries, and buyer personas.
Build and maintain target account lists, contact lists, persona maps, stakeholder maps,



and campaign trackers.
Coordinate campaign execution across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns, landing pages, webinars, events, content promotions, and sales outreach.
Work with sales and business teams to align account priorities, messaging, follow-up actions, and campaign objectives.
Track campaign timelines, approvals, dependencies, blockers, and action items to ensure smooth execution.

Marketing Analytics & Prospect Journey Tracking
Track the complete prospect journey across campaigns, website visits, landing pages, email engagement, paid media, CRM activity, and sales follow-up.
Use HubSpot and analytics tools to monitor lead source, campaign influence, engagement history, lifecycle stage movement, and conversion performance.
Analyze MQL, SQL, chance, pipeline, and conversion trends to identify gaps and improvement areas.
Create reports and dashboards covering impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL,
