Key Responsibilities:
Conducting workshops to understand business processes and gather requirements.
Setting up and configuring the Dynamics 365 F&O; SaaS to meet specific business needs.
Identifying differences between standard system functionality and client requirements.
Developing functional design documents (FDDs) to outline system configurations and customizations.
Articulate the Design to Developers by FDD and Customer Requirements
Collaborating with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 Finance with other systems and tools.




Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure that configurations meet the requirements and are error-free.
Conducting functional, data acceptance, and user acceptance testing, as well as providing user training and go-live support on system functionality and best practices.
Providing ongoing support to users and resolving any issues that arise.
Ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications.
Create user manuals, training materials as needed and maintain documentation of system configurations and
