Key ResponsibilitiesVENDOR ONBOARDING & MANAGEMENT

Identify, evaluate & onboard manpower vendors for contractual workers across categories: housekeeping, security, blue-collar, admin.
Negotiate commercials: Rate cards, SLAs, payment terms, penalty clauses Maintain vendor database and performance scorecards.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with vendors

Payroll Support

Assist in processing monthly payroll for third-party manpower.
Verify attendance, overtime, leave, and holiday data received from ops teams.
Reconcile payroll inputs with employee master data before payroll processing.
Support payroll validation and resolve discrepancies.
Need to Create PO and GRNS for pan India vendors

MIS & Reporting

Maintain employee master databases with accurate and updated information.
Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Create dashboards for payroll, attendance, headcount, absenteeism, and manpower analysis.

Data Management

Maintain payroll records and employee documentation for FLEX Manpower.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness in payroll trackers.




Archive payroll and attendance records systematically.

Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with manpower vendors for attendance, payroll inputs, invoices, and clarifications.
Follow up on missing or incorrect data before payroll deadlines.
Support invoice verification against payroll records.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain payroll-related documentation for audit purposes.
Maintain and verify statutory compliance documents submitted by manpower vendors to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Assist in preparing reports required by Finance team.

Grievances

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Filters, Charts).
Advanced Excel/data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) would be a plus
Working knowledge of Google Sheets.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
