Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development
initiatives with a strong emphasis on business analysis. The role focuses on
delivering value through effective SDLC governance and enabling teams to
leverage AI tooling to improve productivity and quality. The ideal candidate




combines excellent project leadership with robust requirements analysis and
stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT/software development projects,
ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
* Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration
with stakeholders; translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Use business analysis techniques to elicit, document, and validate
requirements; create transparent functional specifications, data models, and
process flows.
